A wonderful experience and loyal staff. The hotel rooms were pretty and good sized. The location was superb and very close to places we visited. Stopped by grecia e oriente to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend.

Comfortable bed for sleeping. There is a green garden. Perfect base for exploring Venice.

Food is great at this property and stuff is polite. Access to santa croce. The place was perfect, we truly enjoyed it.

The breakfast buffet for 5 euros extra is very varied by Italian standards. Two somewhat overzealous ladies constantly provide for supplies. In front of the house at the canal it is not recommended, because the pigeons are annoying. But indoors or in the beautiful backyard garden perfect. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are very attentive and friendly.

Ideal for cyclists travelling to Venice

The location is less than a 2 minute walk from the bus station. We just finished a cruise and it was an easy taxi ride from the cruise terminal. That same bus station has a direct bus to the Marco Polo airport. The room was beautiful and breakfast was excellent.

i travel quite often and most of the time to Italy, to avoid loosing time in the morning especially on early leaving I always take invoices evening before departure, in this hotel i was told that in Italy this is impossible, I think this is true only in venice and only in this hotel. Of course next day 5:30 am in the morning when I wanted to get an invoice the next guy on reception told me I should request this an evening before, thanks a lot!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, I stayed there only 1 night, but they left a bottle of prosecco with chocolate, because of my birthday. The location is good because the vaporetto and bus station is near, easy to get the center.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat especially if you are going on a cruise since it is really close to the people mover taking you to the cruise terminal,approximately 4 min walk and only 1 bridge to cross. It is also close to the railway station,vaporetto stop and bus terminal. We loved the very nice breakfast we ate in the garden, breakfast supervisor made great cappuccino every day and could not do enough for you. Friendly staff at reception, Andrea and Gloria were great for directions, getting a water taxi or porter, efficient and fast check in and out, room ready after early arrival on long transatlantic flight, a place we will return for sure and highly recommend. Very nice to be away from horrible crowds at San Marco and Rialto.
